All Saturday and Sunday's events will take place in the New Science Building (NSCB), at the corner of Calhoun and Coming streets, opposite to the Library. It is building number 11 on the College of Charleston Campus Map.
The Friday Colloquium will take place at 3:15PM in the Robert Scott Small (RSS) Building. It is building number 23 on the College of Charleston Campus Map, entered from the double staircase on the Mall with the statute of the cougar. Refreshments will be in the Math Lounge (RSS 346) (UP one flight of stairs from the main floor).
The Colloquium will be in RSS 103 (DOWN the stairs from the main floor and immediately right.)
Print out the more compact map showing all of these locations, and then read the following information.
From the Holiday Inn, Historic District: Exiting the hotel, turn left, walk along Calhoun St. You will see a park on your right: this is Marion Square. Walk three blocks till you cross Coming St, turn right crossing Calhoun St at the light, and you'll be at the corner of the New Science Building. The main entrance is on Calhoun St.
From the Faculty Houses (numbers 87, 89 on the campus map): Walk north along Glebe St, turn left onto George St, go to the stop sign and turn right onto Coming St. Walk to the next traffic light and cross Calhoun St. You'll be at the corner of the New Science Building. The main entrance is on Calhoun St.
If you are driving: Heading South on Meeting St, you will reach a park on your right. This is Marion Square. Turn right onto Calhoun St, and proceed two blocks, past the major intersection with King St, until you get to St. Philip Street.
You can park in the St. Philip Street garage, one half block right (north) on St. Philip Street. The daily maximum charge is $10. Walk back south (towards campus) to the intersection with Calhoun St. Turn right, walk to the next traffic light, cross Coming St. You'll be at the corner of the New Science Building. The main entrance is on Calhoun St.
