Page orders and PageRank

Abstract:
Google gives every page a rank as a way of giving an order to the World Wide Web.  Their page ordering system is called PageRank and uses linear algebra as a way of computing each pages rank.  How is the PageRank determined?  Are there other uses of PageRank?  The poster will answer these questions.
